Binding Agreement Reached Between Hunter Trust and PITS Acquisition Team LLC
Friday May 25, 2018—A binding agreement was reached today between Diane Hunter, of the Diane Hunter Trust and Craig Anderson, Founder of PITS Acquisition Team, LLC. Under the terms of the agreement the 78-acre golf course, bar and restaurant will begin clean-up and renovations in early June 2018. Contracts for course improvements are currently being finalized and will engage a nationally recognized course development firm.
Craig Anderson stated “The first priority of the PITS team is to establish an experienced leadership team. These leaders will be permanent full-time employees who support the community. The PITS team is committed to creating a great atmosphere for permanent residents and visitors to enjoy 12 months a year.”
“On behalf of all those who have supported my efforts since I reclaimed the PMCC in 2010, thank you for your emotional support and patronage” said Diane Hunter. “I believe the PITS team has the financial resources, experience and expertise to bring the facility back to its original status as one of the premier recreational locations in the White Mountains.”
Grand Re-opening of the bar and restaurant is targeted for July 1, 2018. It will feature a sports bar atmosphere with exciting new entertainment features. The restaurant will start out with a limited menu. Golf is expected in mid-July, working conditions permitting. In all aspects of the operations, the Team will be actively soliciting input for the major remodel of the food and beverage areas beginning in the 4th quarter.
