Kim Matthews and all of her staff at Mr. Earl’s Pizza Time did a wonderful job the evening of April 10, 2017 in preparing and serving dinner for supporters of the Rim Community Library. They served an excellent Baked Ziti with tossed salad and bread sticks and a cannoli for dessert. Delicioso!
The event, put on by the Friends of the Library, cleared $360 to put towards new media equipment, which was acceptable considering working with the first time venue. Tables were limited so they had two seatings to get everyone in. Even with that they were able to sell 85 tickets. “To those who had to wait a bit for your food, we appreciate your patience and understanding,” said Priscilla Corsi, an FOL volunteer.
Thanks to J&H Designs for donating the prizes! And thank you to Mr. Earl’s Pizza Time for all of your hard work facilitating the fundraising for our local library.
P.S. Did you know Mr. Earl’s is named after Kim’s father who began the restaurant years ago? She uses his recipes in her menu items.
