Navajo County Sheriff Report

The unincorporated areas of Area 3 including Pinedale, Claysprings, Overgaard, and  Heber are provided law enforcement services by the Navajo County Sheriff’s Office. The following are some of the calls for service for the weeks of May 27, 2018 through June 23, 2017.

 

On May 29, 2018, a Navajo County Deputy responded to the 2000 block of Forest Park Drive to assist Adult Probation with a search of a home. Upon the conclusion of the investigation, Alan Ingram Jr (31) of Overgaard, was placed under arrest for possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of dangerous drugs, and two valid warrants for his arrest. Alan was booked into the Show Low Annex Jail.

 

On June 1, 2018, a Navajo County Deputy conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of State Route 260 and Grey Squirrel for a civil traffic offense. Upon the conclusion of the traffic stop, James Bates (39) of Overgaard, was arrested for driving on a suspended driver license and a valid warrant. The vehicle was towed and impounded for 30 days. James was booked into the Show Low Annex Jail. 

 

On June 15, 2018, Navajo County Deputies responded to the wooded area on Forest Service Road 219 regarding a male subject shooting a firearm. Upon completion of the investigation, Justin Feils (33) of Mesa was arrested for disorderly conduct involving a weapon, and criminal trespassing in the 3rd degree. Justin was booked into the Show Low Annex Jail.

 

On June 18, 2018, Navajo County Deputies conducted a traffic stop on Timberlake Dr in Overgaard. During the stop, James Bates (39) of Overgaard was arrested for a valid warrant for violation of probation and for driving on a suspended license. James was transported to the Navajo County Jail Annex in Show Low and booked in. 

 

On June 23, 2018, Navajo County Deputies responded to the 1800 block of 2nd Ave in Heber for a report of disorderly subjects. During the investigation, Melissa Bush (33) of Heber was arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Melissa was cited and released from the scene.
