The Community Center continues as a center of activity even in the winter months including Moj Jonhj, Mexican Train, Bridge, and Gentlemen’s coffee on Thursdays at 8:30 am. The Meals on Wheels program provides noontime meals five days a week for those who are home bound, while the exercise group meets at 9:30 am every Monday, Wednesday and Fridays to walk for health.
Speaking of that, coming up Memorial Weekend is the first annual Walk-a-thon for Meals on Wheels at the Mogollon Air Park. We hope you’ll put that on your list of activities to help us raise money for some of our community’s most vulnerable.

Valentine’s Day at the Center had a successful turnout with 75 people enjoying the Spaghetti Dinner and then 41 who stayed after to play the Wednesday Bingo games. Normally Bingo is Wednesday afternoon at 1:00 pm but, because of the special dinner it was offered to the diners who wished to stay and play. Mark and Carrie Allen served as the Bingo callers and Dick Blomgren and Kay Roberts were the on-site administrators. Thanks to all who turned out and to the volunteers who give of their time and talents!
